The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expences, including costs for Azure cloud serivce as well as for software development and support.

At least one unique author of each accepted paper must register on or before 27th May 2026 for the paper to be included for publication.
