Biography
A.C.K. Nair is a veteran aviation professional who served as the Airport Director of Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) for 18 years.
His 22-year overall tenure at CIAL and his 18-year service as Airport Director remain among the longest leadership tenures in India's aviation sector.
He holds a B.Tech degree from the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, and an MBA. He began his professional career at Indian Telephone Industries Ltd. before joining the Airports Authority of India (AAI).
After successfully leading airport operations and development initiatives at CIAL, he officially retired on May 31, 2022.
Following retirement, he transitioned into public administration and currently serves as Ombudsman for the Kerala State Electricity Board.
