Biography

Dr. G. Madhu has been serving as Professor at the School of Engineering, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), since July 2004.

He obtained his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calicut and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Madras.

He started his professional career with FACT Ltd., Kochi, in January 1986 and accumulated more than 18 years of industrial experience in plant operation, process design, environmental protection, and process safety.

While working in industry, he completed his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from CUSAT in 1994.

He has also served as Principal of the School of Engineering and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at CUSAT.
